This year we again have some wonderful Training Partners on board to make sure you and all the runners in the Pub2Pub Charity Fun Run prepare properly and finish your chosen event. We really want you to experience an injury-free, FUN Run. So we recommend you organise training for you and/or your Team with one of the partners listed below… or you could even join one of the Teams they’re entering! Enjoy.
Warm-up partner for the 6km Run
F45 Training workouts feature the most dynamic, effective and accessible training styles available. They’re varied every day and are designed to unify the muscle groups of the body to make you look, move and perform better in all aspects of your life. The fixed, 45 minute duration of our workouts provides a timing structure to maximise your growth and progress. F45 will be providing the warm-up to this year’s 6km start at Warriewood.
